Create: simplification exercise

On the conversation “From nature we spoon memories” realized on Wednesday (24), Mary Arantes talked abou her history of life, and her collections. Graduated in dentistry she works with accessories for 30 years and signed her collections such as Mary Design. “The dentistry and bijouterie have more similarities that we can imagine”, said.

Born in Rio do Prado, on Vale do Jequitinhonha (MG), Mary said that her infancy was her rich epoch. “I have an infancy very metaphoric, I always wanted to see world by anther angle. This let me curious, which take me away to know new things and get to know more”.

Create was never difficult to Mary, besides that, she believes that it is an exercise of simplification. “I am very connected to religion, faith, and passion”.
To the designer, the biggest riches of a person are the different vision that each one has.

Lover of poetry, Mary works with it in her creations. Pieces created by her has harmony in each detail of its meaning. On the end of conversation, Mary realizes an autograph session of book Precious Banal Things of editor Voice Design that has poetry based on her histories. Son of Mary, Gabriel Figueiredo Arantes, made the illustrations of book.
